Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using PostPaid (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are role-based: brands run campaigns and fund payouts; creators apply to campaigns and receive payouts. You may not misrepresent your role, audience, or performance.

Brands fund a campaign budget into escrow before approving creators. Funds held in escrow are released to creators only as approved content delivers measurable performance (views and/or revenue), according to the compensation model selected for the campaign.

Payouts are computed by the Platform’s compensation engine in integer cents and are capped by the funded budget and any per-creator limits. Unspent escrow is returned to the brand when a campaign is completed.

Platform fees, where applicable, are charged to brands on settled spend only.

Creators must create content that complies with the campaign brief and with the content policies of the platform on which it is published.

Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose paid partnerships in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (for example, using #ad or an equivalent disclosure). Failure to disclose may result in non-approval, removal of content, withholding of payouts, and account suspension.

Creators are independent and are solely responsible for any taxes owed on amounts they earn.

You may not: inflate or fabricate views, engagement, or sales; use bots, click farms, or fraudulent traffic; post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or hateful; circumvent the Platform to transact off-ledger; or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, reverse payouts, and withhold funds associated with conduct that violates these Terms.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content will achieve any particular level of performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPaid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
