Questions, answered
How much does PostPaid cost creators?
Nothing. Creators never pay a subscription, a commission on earnings, or a payout fee. You keep 100% of what your content earns, paid straight to your wallet.
How does the brand platform fee work?
Brands pay a platform fee — 10% of campaign spend on the Growth plan — and it’s only charged on results actually delivered. If a campaign underspends because content underperformed, you only pay the fee on what settled.
When is the fee charged?
The fee is calculated against settled spend, not the budget you reserve. Money you fund into escrow but never spend is returned to you, and no fee applies to it.
Do I have to pay for a whole budget up front?
You fund a budget into escrow so creators can trust the campaign is real, but you only ever pay out — and pay fees — on approved content that actually performs. Unspent escrow is yours.
Can I change or cancel a campaign?
Yes. You can pause or complete a campaign at any time. Any committed payouts for already-performing content are honored; the rest of the escrow is returned.
Is this real money in the demo?
No. PostPaid is a demonstration app — all wallets, payouts, fees, and pricing shown are illustrative and use demo data. Nothing here moves real funds.
